Fish Tacos with Lime-Cilantro Crema

Wow, wow, and WOW!!!  This is my new favorite recipe (click to print); no kidding.  First reason: It tastes amazing!  Second reason: It is on the table in less than 30 minutes!  Tastes great; quick cooking.  Those are my two prime prerequisites for a weekday meal.  The bonus is the calorie count.  This includes 2 corn tortillas, 4 ounces of mahi mahi, and 2 tablespoons of lime-cilantro crema:


  • Total calories: 352 g
  • Total fat: 7.5 g (sat. 1.6 g)
  • Cholesterol: 90.5 mg
  • Sodium:  531 (not including added salt to fish)
  • Carbohydrates: 32.3 g
  • Fiber: 2.67 g
  • Sugar: 2.33 g
  • Protein: 32 g
