This is such a simple but wonderfully different flavor addition to steak. My first thought was, "This would make GREAT fajitas!" We are traveling, and I needed a quick dish I could cook on a grill. I prepped the rub before leaving home, so all I had to do was rub the steak and throw it on the grill with some corn. I used a top sirloin steak that took 7 minutes on the grill for a perfect medium-rare. Then a quick salad prep with the amazing tomatoes from the garden and another dinner was ready in 10 minutes. Have grill; will travel!
P.S. This would be wonderful on chicken or pork, too.
