Monday Motivation - Kindness Boosts Happiness

This is a great interview by Gretchen Rubin with Sonja Lyubomirsky. Both women are masters at honing a lifestyle of happiness.  When asked what one thing we can consistently do to make us happier, Sonja's answer is simple: acts of kindness.  Think about it.  When was the last time you did something nice and unexpected for someone?  How did it make you feel?  I can say that, personally, it made me feel amazing!  Set aside some time today to stop and do something special for someone, maybe even a stranger, completely anonymously, and see how it truly makes your day awesome!  Stay happy!
