Kitties Love the Nip

If you have cats, you must add some catnip to your garden this Spring. I have 2 little and 1 LARGE vermin, so I had to plant two pots last year. Catnip loves direct sunlight and moist but well-drained soil. Keep it from a hard freeze during the winter, and it will come back each year.


Here are my little loveys enjoying their morning "fix". My fat boy, Duke, as you can see especially loves his "kitty crack". Does this make me an enabler?

    I love kitties and your's are adorable. I used to give mine catnip too and wondered if it was good for them or a cruelty. Sadly, both of mine passed away, and we travel too much to have more. Thanks for sharing. You've made me smile and wish I had a little fur ball to cuddle while their purr soothes the soul.

      Thanks for stopping by! We lost one a few years ago now to diabetes. Little Seneca is rubbing me and the computer as I type! LOL She is the one in the back with the look of disdain. Love my furries!
