This is ridiculously simple. On your mark, get set go!
Steak: New York Strip - a little olive oil massage and Montreal Steak seasoning...Grill as you like.
Orzo: 2 cups boiled in salted water until al dente (9-11 minutes), 1/2 cup of chopped fresh basil, 1/2 cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, couple tablespoons of olive oil from tomatoes, some Parmesan cheese to taste, salt and pepper...Toss everything in a bowl.
Add a quick salad for your veggies, and your done in less than 30! Happy quick eating!
