Grilled Chicken Adobo

This is such a ridiculously easy recipe. A few simple ingredients in a pan to simmer and a quick sear on the grill or in a skillet makes for a wonderful, quick weeknight meal. Alternately, you could leave the chicken marinating in the fridge all day and put it straight on the grill for an even quicker version. Just reduce the marinade as called for in the link below. Pair it with a quick stir-fried rice and steamed vegetables, and the meal is complete and nutritious.
